Yep, tis my birthday on Tuesday. To celebrate, I treated myself to some fabulous beads by lampwork artist Claire-Louise Patrick at Ciel Creations, and made this for myself, using some lovely faceted agate I bought at Farnham, and some brass discs I had fun hammering the cr*p out of! I've also made a commission this week in classic black and silver - great for the party season which, try as you might to ignore it, is heading this way fast. But before then we have Halloween, so I'll be digging out my pumpkin necklace and wine glass charms (yep, this time last year I was playing with polymer clay) and then I'll have to find something suitably sparkly for Bonfire Night. I love fireworks!
In the meantime, I must move my backside and get on with the Christmas presents - though maybe not till after enjoying a glass or two of pink fizz on my birthday ...
